This isn't a "you'll get exposure" gig. We pay real money — base stipend, per-referral commission, top-performer bonus, and non-cash perks that pay off long after the program ends.
Paid the 1st of every month you're active. No conditions other than attending the Tuesday all-reps call and posting at least 1 referral within 30 days.
For every friend who joins Forkaia® through your unique referral link. Paid after their 14-day refund window closes (so it's real revenue, not at-risk).
The top rep by signed members each quarter gets a $500 bonus on top of everything else. One winner per quarter.
Forkaia® branded merch (cap, sweatshirt, water bottle), LinkedIn recommendation from the founder, completion certificate, and priority for paid summer roles at Forkaia® / Stealth portfolio companies.
Realistic active reps sign 2–4 members per month — that's $200–$400/month in commission on top of the base. Most reps earn $250–$500/month total. Top performers regularly clear $800+.

15 minutes every Tuesday at 4pm PT. Reps-only Zoom. Wins, blockers, founder Q&A.
We give you a dashboard. Update it weekly. Top performers get featured in our IG + win quarterly bonuses.
Five criteria. Hit all five and you're in serious consideration.
Enrolled at a U.S. college / university. Any year (Freshman through Grad). Any major. Full-time or part-time.
You actually evangelize things you love. If you've never recommended a product or app to a friend in your life, this isn't your gig.
5 hours a week, every week. Predictably. Not 0 hours one week and 20 hours the next. Consistency is the whole game.
Active social presence. Instagram is required. TikTok is a strong plus. LinkedIn helps. We don't need huge followings — just real ones.
Push-back energy. If we ask you what's broken about Forkaia® and you say "nothing," you're not the rep we need.
Takes 4 minutes. If you're shortlisted, you'll hear from us within 5 business days for a 15-minute video interview.
We use Stripe to send payments. You'll set up your bank info on Day 1 (or PayPal, your choice). Base stipend lands on the 1st of every month. Commissions process every 14 days after a referred member's refund window closes.
If you miss 2 Tuesday calls in a row without notice, or have zero activity for 30+ days, your status flips to Inactive and the base stipend pauses. Pick back up by attending a call — no drama, no termination.
No minimum commitment. You can leave whenever — just give us a week's notice so we can update our records. We can also terminate at any time, but in practice we work hard to keep good reps.
No. Real beats big. A rep with 400 real friends who'll actually look at their content outperforms a rep with 40,000 random followers. We weight authenticity over reach.
Yes — most of our reps do. 5 hours a week fits around basically anything. Just be honest about your bandwidth in the application.
Yes. We cover your $588 annual membership as part of the program. You'll go through the full member experience so you can speak from real life when pitching.
Apply anyway. Our target list is where we want concentration, not the only places we'll hire. If you make a strong case for your school, we'll consider expanding.
