Everything written down. Your enrollment pace, the grading rubric, the code of conduct, the graduation requirements. If you have a question, the answer is probably below.
Enrollment is rolling. Any member who completes the declaration quiz and selects an active tuition tier is admitted. We do not use GPAs, standardized test scores, essays, or recommendation letters as gates. The one requirement: you intend to actually show up.
You can declare a major at any time via /declare-major. You can change majors at the start of any course. Credits transfer between majors at a 60% rate.
A full-time schedule is 15 credits per course (typically 2-4 courses). Half-time is 9 credits. There is no maximum. The course clock treats everyone equally.
Each task carries a rubric with 4 observable criteria. Advisor grades the submission. Average ≥ 70 on the course earns the credit. Below 70 = redo with no penalty. You can retake any course until you pass.
Full-time pace is 2 years to graduate. Half-time is 4 years. Honors tier averages 18 months. There is no maximum time to degree.
We expect our members to treat each other and the faculty with respect. No harassment, no discrimination, no plagiarism. Submitted work must be your own. AI tools are allowed as collaborators (we're an applied college), but you must disclose use in your submission rubric. Violations result in a 1-week suspension on first offense, permanent removal on second.
Scholar members get monthly 1:1s with a faculty advisor. Honors gets weekly. Dean's Circle gets weekly plus unlimited async. All members have access to Friday 2 PM PT office hours. Advisors respond to DMs within 48 hours Monday-Friday.
