STEALTH is a Venture Capital company founded by Ali Sina in 2017 that invests in large-scale cloud compute, AI supercomputers and startups that use AI to improve human existence and help solve planetary-scale problems in areas where humanity is failing. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As a Music Operations Intern at STEALTH and its subsidiaries, Olly Olly Oxen Free, Hard Shiver, and C3POE, you’ll work at the intersection of music, technology, and business. This hands-on role offers exposure to the operational backbone of music production, talent management, and digital distribution across our growing portfolio of entertainment and media ventures. Ideal for students passionate about the music industry, business operations, or artist development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support day-to-day operations across music production, scheduling, and release planning
Coordinate with producers, content teams, and talent to track project timelines
Assist in licensing, publishing, and metadata management for digital distribution
Analyze performance data from platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music
Help manage artist profiles, social presence, and backend CMS updates
Contribute to marketing plans and promotional rollouts for new music releases
Maintain clear documentation and assist in cross-functional team communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a degree in Music Business, Entertainment Management, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in music production, artist management, or entertainment operations
Familiarity with music platforms (Spotify for Artists, SoundCloud, etc.) and digital media tools
Excellent organization and communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)
Basic understanding of music publishing, royalties, or licensing
Knowledge of DAWs (Logic, Ableton, FL Studio) or music file formats
Experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, or project management tools
PROJECTS:
Artist Release Pipeline: Assist in coordinating the release of a new single across Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, including uploading assets, scheduling promotions, and tracking analytics post-launch.
Performance Dashboard: Build a reporting system using tools like Airtable or Google Sheets to monitor weekly streaming metrics and social media engagement for artists under STEALTH’s portfolio.
Publishing & Licensing Audit: Help update internal publishing rights and licensing records, ensuring proper metadata is registered across all platforms.
Collaboration Tracker: Manage and update a centralized database of collaborators, producers, and songwriters to streamline communication and credit attribution.
Marketing Toolkit: Assist in developing branded content and marketing toolkits for artist promotional campaigns, including bios, press releases, and visual assets.
